Private Career Guide - the Concept
The Private Career Guide Concept represents a personal based one-to-one support concept with
native speakers with socio-cultural awareness.
The Private Career Guide Concept aligns a Private Career Guide (PCG) to each student. The PCG is in charge of
supporting the student throughout his studies along multiple channels. At a glance the PCG activity range can be
characterized as follows:
Personal Contact a Central Quality Factor
Keep a continuous personal contact to each student
Arrange personal meetings if possible/wanted
Check for problems
that might lift up the dropout tendency Act as a native speaker
with in-depth knowledge of cultural specifics when problems occur
Generate Opportunities for students

Inform about attractive opportunities for students (tax reductions, software rebates, etc.)

very much aware that each PCG meets the highest levels in proficiency and socio-cultural awareness. Thus, we
grant the position of a PCG only to those individuals that can proof that they are seamlessly fit into the whole
concept.
