1. Educational Goal
Vigorous changes in economy, society and
in the technological environment impose the necessity of continuous
education even after completion of a university degree and many years
of practice.
The EMBA program offers knowledge of structured
thinking and acting instead of repetitive special knowledge. In
particular, methodological, social, problem solving and
management competencies are transferred to enhance the personal key
qualifications.

The EMBA program addresses top managers
that are aware that due to the high dynamics of the business
environment they are in need of current state-of-the-art knowledge.

3. Requirements
Master
degree AND at least 2 years of practice (at least 1 year in a leading position) OR
Bachelor
degree AND at least 5 years of practice (1 year in a leading position)
English
knowledge in writing and speaking at a level of TOEFL 500 or IELTS 5.5 or B2
Positive approval by the University's Admission Committee
