The program is designed as a practical oriented, self-responsible research project that can be conducted beside a regular employment . In order to get the degree the students have to prove a continuous practice and an autonomous and scientific work. 2. Target Students The addressee of this program typically finished a master degree, has done several years of practice and wants to foster the career's perspectives by this additional academic degree. 3.
